About

Helping people move from stuck to clear.

Fifteen-plus years leading enterprise technology and cross-functional transformation, and the same instinct at the center of it all.

Portrait of the practitioner
Section 01 · Bio

I spent the last two decades learning how technology actually gets adopted outisde and inside a company, not just how it gets installed. I have lead client implementations; enterprise applications for Sales, Client Support, Client Success, and Legal; as well as AI adoption and enablement

But the work people ask me about most isn’t the technology. It’s how I lead team members from a place of forward movement.

Somewhere along the way, those I interacted with started finding me after meetings and asking about my style to move a group along when felt chaotic or stuck. I’ve built enterprise AI training programs from scratch, and led acquisition integrations and vendor consolidations that most people would call chaos with a straight face. None of that work happens without helping people find options they couldn’t see on their own.

That’s what I do now, one conversation at a time. Those I work with have usually found their way to me because they trusted I could help, or because their manager pointed them my way. One person on my team once described what I do as helping people get “unstuck.” Most of the time, that comes down to asking one more question, the one that gets at what someone didn’t quite connect with the first time.

I elevate those in transition or in new roles. I coach leaders who feel behind, overwhelmed, or quietly burned out - not because they lack skill or drive, but because they can’t yet see their next move. I don’t need to be an expert in your world to help you find it. I just need you to be honest about where you are.

“If you’re a leader that needs a people-puzzle master, let’s talk.” —Megan Goodwin

Thirty minutes. Tell me what’s stuck.
If I’m not the right person, I’ll say so.
