The toolkit
I ask the hard question in the room; these are how you answer it. Each one is a short, structured exercise with a specific output. Clients use them between sessions, and they’re open to anyone.
All tools
Feedback rehearsal
Write the sentence you’re dreading. Say it three ways. Pick one and set a date.
Diamonds and rocks
List every role you’ve held. Name what you liked and what you didn’t. The pattern is the point, not the list.
Overflow sort
Empty your head onto paper, sort what’s left by what actually matters, and close with a short list of people to talk to.
Delegation audit
List last week. Sort it into keep, teach, or hand over. Most of it is hand over.
One-on-one planner
Four prompts that turn a status update into a real conversation.
The room before the room
Name the decision, name who isn’t with you yet, and find the one conversation you need to have first.
Take your own advice
The question that would move you forward is usually one you already know. It’s just not been said, not even to yourself.
If one of these helped, that’s worth a conversation.
Thirty minutes. Tell me what’s stuck.
If I’m not the right person, I’ll say so.
