Most people already have the pieces. What's missing isn't information, it's the sequence: which question to ask first, what that answer opens up, and where to go from there. I work through that sequence with you, one question at a time, until the path is concrete enough to walk on.

Fourteen years of leading teams taught me that most of the time people just need the dots connected or a light to shine on how capable they truly are. My work is to hear them, set their ideas side by side, and ask the questions that connects them: have you looked at it from this angle? Could you do something like this instead? Most people never get asked, whether due to a fear of looking bad, sounding offensive, or some other reason that forgets to simply come from a place of curiosity. I don’t hesitate to ask the questions, so we can get you back to the work of moving forward.
