Write the sentence you’re dreading. Say it three ways. Pick one and set a date. No sign-up, nothing saved anywhere but this browser — if it’s useful, you’ll know whether coaching would be.

The exercise

Section 01
01

Write the sentence you’re dreading

The one you’ve been rehearsing in the shower. Get it out of your head and onto the page, exactly as blunt as it actually is.

02

Say it three ways

Say exactly what happened and what you need. No cushioning.
Open with a question instead of a verdict.
Lead with what’s working before you name the gap.
03

Pick one

04

Set a date
